Content policy
Every question is checked automatically before it reaches any Twin. Questions that break this policy are blocked: the API returns 422 policy_violation, and assistants show a notice.
The rule of thumb: if a question could reasonably appear in a professional market research survey, it's probably allowed.
Allowed
You can ask about a wide range of topics, including sensitive ones handled the way research would handle them:
- Consumer habits, shopping, brands and product feedback
- Media, technology, travel, food and lifestyle
- Work, including hybrid working
- Health and wellbeing, including mental health, medication, drug use and addiction
- Political opinions, policy attitudes, voting behaviour and reactions to political ads
- Demographic targeting, e.g.
Black consumers aged 18-24orMuslim parents in London
